Obama will stimulate the commercial use of space and private sector utilization of the International Space Station. He will establish new processes and procurement goals to promote the use of government facilities. We must unleash the genius of private enterprise to secure the United States' leadership in space.
Senator. if you are so willing and engaged in unleashing the genius of private enterprise on space, why not unleash it on oil and fuel exploration and development and cease and desist with your notion and intention to tax and raise charges in order to stimulate change. Why not unleash industry as you would unleash industry in space.
