Over 40% of the country supports Trump, at least.  That would be, if everyone is counted including children = 120 million people.  And 50% of that many is 60 million people.

Or another way, about 40 million will vote for him.  20 million are deplorable.

I like that sincerity.  I like that 'inclusivity'.  I like her!

Deplorable is taking over 100 million from the Australians.  Over 30 million from Canadians, and close to 100 million from people who, may or may not have supported terrorists in attacking the US.

THAT is deplorable.

Deplorable is selling deals to foreign entities so that her husband can make a speech and walk away with nearly a mid six figure sum.  Deplorable

Deplorable is supporting, protecting, abetting, enabling a man who preyed on women for decades with her knowledge.

Deplorable is staying with that man after evidence surfaces of his multiple visits to Epstein's island paradise of young girls.

Deplorable and criminal.

Deplorable are those who will support her because of her husband, and ignore or 'look past' his treatment of women, because Trump is ever so much worse.  Deplorable is being unable to make judgments without political biases.

We all know who the children are, out in the tents and cardboard boxes.  Children who enjoy whining.  Whining about the 1% who have everything.  Whining about not having jobs.  Whining about the rich taking advantage of the 99%, jobs lost due to the 1% wanting profits over compassion ... we know they are children and that they whine a lot. 

Now we know they will cost someone or many people their jobs, and additional services and funds will be cut.  Funds that might help the 99%.  Funds that will never be received now, due to the children requiring parental supervision, and refusing to clean up their messes and go home.

Children who whine.  Let them tell the employees laid off or the family without services why.  Let them explain that their whining did anything but cost human beings their jobs and their assistance.

Let them eat cake.  Would make as much sense.

Mayor Calls For Budget Cuts To Offset Millions In Occupy LA Costs

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — The City of Los Angeles reportedly faces millions of dollars in expenses brought about by the Occupy LA movement.

City agencies have been ordered to calculate what was spent on the Occupy LA protests.

Repairs to City Hall’s lawn where the Occupy group set up camp on Oct. 1 will require an estimated $400,000. The police action to clear out the encampment on Nov. 30 cost more than $700,000.

Additional expenses are attributed to hauling away debris from the camp, and cleaning up graffiti that defaced City Hall marble walls and trees.

Mayor Villaraigosa says more budget cuts will be necessary to offset the costs.

Surely we all have populations that need serious medical assistance.  Perhaps they need to sit quietly in the corner for a few hours and de-stress.  Perhaps they need to consult a medical professional for help with prescription medication to aide their well-being.

Whether it is the 'birthers' or the '9/11 Loose Change' nuts, we have enough. 

Those people tend to be the average person - run of the mill, daily type.

Whereas in Iran - it reaches to the highest reaches of government where insanity has found a home, and in Russia where insanity is required to work in the media, and the ability to pervert the truth so your citizens are completely daft all the time is crucial.


Iran's intelligence: Bin Laden had died of illness long before the U.S. operation

Iran's Minister of Information, Heidar Moslehi said that he had documentary evidence that the leader of al-Qaida, Osama bin Laden died of illness long before the American special forces operations to eliminate it in Pakistan.

"Why is the U.S. military and U.S. security forces have refused to show bin Laden's body and dumped it into the sea, if in fact they arrested and killed him?" We have precise information that bin Laden had died some time ago ... and we have documents confirming this fact, "- Iranian media quoted words of the head of the Ministry, which serves as the Islamic Republic Ministry of Intelligence and Security.

As noted by RIA Novosti news agency, earlier information about the death of the terrorist number one not once appeared in various media.

In particular, in 2006 the French newspaper Est Republicain citing a secret intelligence report of France said that the leader of al-Qaida had died of typhoid in Pakistan. Later refuted this information, several foreign governments. In 2007, shortly before her death, Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto said that bin Laden is killed.

The Russian newspapers publish this rubbish so as to enlighten their readers with horribly stupid lies that require a restructuring of reality.  In Iran, it tends to be more common - they all tend to be living in a delusional world.


Keep in mind that bin Laden's daughter told the world press they came in and shot her father.

That the world saw the compound burning after - they had come in and shot her father dead.

That his wife was shot while protecting him, after they came in and shot him dead.

That his other wife was also protecting him and publicly stated they came in and shot him dead and tied them up and left and would have taken them all had it not been for the crashed helicopter, on fire in the compound after it crashed, when they came to shoot bin Laden dead.

Al Qaida admitted they killed him dead.

Pakistan confirmed they came in and killed him dead.

But Iran knows he died years earlier, even though his ghost was watching a video of Obama on TV and we see the screen image in the photo  and the video.

That previous video messages have all been confirmed to be him, including the most recent one - commenting on events which occurred days before he was killed dead by the Seal team after their chopper was destroyed and the compound caught fire.

Reality must be ignored in favor of delusion.  There is a word for this - INSANITY.

Muslim cleric calls for beheading of Dutch politician

.AMSTERDAM (Reuters) – A well-known Australian Muslim cleric has called for the beheading of Dutch anti-Islamic politician Geert Wilders, a newspaper said on Friday.

Wilders' Freedom Party scored the biggest gains in June 9 polls and is currently negotiating to form a new minority government with the Liberals and Christian Democrats. Polls show Wilders would win a new election if one were called now.

Wilders demanded to know why he had learnt about the threat from the newspaper and not from Dutch authorities who are guarding him after a film and remarks he made angered Muslims around the world.

De Telegraaf, the Netherlands' largest newspaper, led its front page on Friday with a story on the speech by Feiz Muhammad.

The Sydney-born Muhammad has gained notoriety for, among other things, calling on young children to be radicalized and blaming rape victims for their own attacks.



[Reuters could have been a little more honest and open than a simple phrase of limited purpose - bleming rape victims for their own attacks.   Feiz compared women to meat left out on hooks, and men to cats and dogs.  What should happen but a natural response to hanging meat - the cats and dogs would jump at the meat.  It is not the cats fault, it is the woman's response, as she was not dressed modestly.  See the story about the Afghanistan dancing boys for just how modest they should dress.]



The paper posted an English-language audio clip in which he refers to Wilders as "this Satan, this devil, this politician in Holland" and explains that anyone who talks about Islam like Wilders does should be executed by beheading.

De Telegraaf did not say when the speech was given but said it and the Dutch secret service both had copies. According to his website, Muhammad is based in Malaysia.

Wilders told Reuters it was "really terrible news" and that he was taking it seriously.

"I will ask for clarification from the Dutch minister of interior/justice why the secret service and anti-terrorism unit NCTb have not informed me before and what the consequences will be for me," he said in an email.

A spokesman for the Dutch secret service referred inquiries on the threat to the NCTb. A spokeswoman for the NCTb was not available to comment.

Wilders is currently on trial in the Netherlands for inciting hatred and discrimination against Muslims.

The Freedom Party leader made a film in 2008 which accused the Koran of inciting violence and mixed images of terrorist attacks with quotations from the Islamic holy book.

Wilders was also charged because of outspoken remarks in the media, such as an opinion piece in a Dutch daily in which he compared Islam to fascism and the Koran to Adolf Hitler's book "Mein Kampf."

Of late he has been in the news for plans to speak out against a planned mosque in New York City on September 11, the ninth anniversary of the attacks that killed nearly 3,000 people.

But his views have also made him extremely popular with a segment of the country uneasy about the Netherlands' commitment to multiculturalism.

Albino girl, 11, killed and beheaded in Swaziland ’for witchcraft’




An 11-year-old albino girl from Swaziland was shot dead in front of her friends and then beheaded in what police believe was a ritual murder.

As her friends looked on, the man shot her in the back before dragging her away. Her headless body was found upriver a short time later.

The murder is the latest in a series of albino killings in Sub-Saharan Africa, where sufferers of the rare skin pigmentation condition are concentrated.


Earlier this year, another 11-year-old albino child was killed close to the same spot in Swaziland and her hand was removed.

Police believe both children may have been targeted because of a belief by witch doctors that the blood and body parts of albinos - who lack pigment in their eyes, hair and skin - can bring good luck and fortune when used in potions.

Their value for black magic practitioners sees them often fall prey to human traffickers, one of whom was jailed for 17 years in Tanzania this week for abducting and attempting to sell a live albino man.

The girl murdered in Swaziland was named locally as Banele Nxumalo. A man identified as her father, Luke Nxumalo, told The Times of Swaziland that his late uncle had also been an albino.

“What happened to my child is very painful. I wonder why albinos are targeted because they are just humans like us and a gift from God,” he said.

CAIRO (AFP) – A Cairo court on Saturday upheld a ruling to strip Egyptian men married to Israeli women of their citizenship in a case that has highlighted national sentiment towards Israel.


Judge Mohammed al-Husseini, sitting on the Supreme Administrative Court, said the interior ministry must ask the cabinet to take the necessary steps to strip Egyptian men married to Israeli women, and their children, of their citizenship.

The court said that each case should be considered separately, in a ruling that cannot be appealed.

The ruling reflects Egyptian sentiment towards Israel, more than 30 years after Egypt signed an unpopular peace deal with the Jewish state.

Before reading the verdict, Husseini said the case would not apply to Egyptian men married to Arab Israeli women.

"The case for (Egyptian) men married to Israeli Arab women is different to those married to Israeli women of Jewish origin because (Israeli Arabs) have lived under Israeli occupation," Husseini told the court.

"The court's decision is taking into account Egypt's national security," the judge said.

[It is nice to know that Egypt's judicial system is a farce.  From the top to the bottom, it is entirely a joke.  The judicial appointees, lawyers,and eminent legal minds - are unable to distinguish between justice and buffoonery, between law and disorder, between a mockery of justice and criminal actions.  Nothing can repair this.]

Lawyer Nabil al-Wahsh said he originally brought the case to court in order to prevent the creation of a generation "disloyal to Egypt and the Arab world."

Children of such marriages "should not be allowed to perform their military service," he said.

The number of Egyptian men married to Israeli women is thought to be around 30,000, according to Wahsh. Only 10 percent of them are married to Arab Israelis.

"This ruling is for the benefit of Egypt, a nation of leadership, history and civilisation," Wahsh said. "It is for the protection of Egypt and Egypt's youth and its national security."

"The decision comes as Israel continues its assault on those who love peace. The latest example is the aggression against the aid boat which was heading towards the blockaded Gaza Strip," he added.

On Monday, Israeli naval commandos raided a humanitarian flotilla carrying aid to the blockaded Gaza Strip, in a bungled operation that left nine pro-Palestinian activists dead and scores injured.

A lower court ruled last year that the interior minister must look into the cases of Egyptian men married to Israeli women, and their children, in order to "take the necessary steps to strip them of their nationality."

The interior and foreign ministries had appealed the case, saying it was for parliament to decide on such matters.

Thousands of Egyptians, particularly a large number who lived in Iraq and returned after the 1990 Gulf War over Kuwait, moved to Israel in search of work and married Israeli women.

Hamas, Palestinians,and the Flotilla

Hamas is a social organization, providing aid to those who are in need.  Supplying money to the poor to pay for electricity and to buy food, pay for a doctor, or surgery, even for school.  This is the popular myth, and it is in part accurate.  It is more propaganda than it is truth, and more fictional than reality, yet some people accept it, believe it, and act upon the fictional purpose of Hamas as a saving grace for the destitute and hungry, the powerless and poor.  It is purely political, even as it operates a killing arm to force capitulation by the subjugated masses.  It cries out for freedom from Israeli control yet oppresses the masses.  If they were 'free' of Israeli 'control' Hamas would be unable to rationalize its purpose. 

Hamas has sworn to destroy Israel, it lives to destroy Israel.  It exists, the reason d'etre is to destroy Israel.  They wake up each day and dream and think, believe, and act in a manner they believe will end the existence of Israel.  On Thursday, June 3, four kassam rockets were launched into Israel.  This is ongoing.   It matters not how many casualties, but for luck and the general stupidity of hamas, many could have been killed.


How do you make a rocket?  Not difficult.  Neither is a launcher all that difficult to make.  All you need is some pvc piping.  The same type of piping used for ... water / sewage.  Israel placed a blockade around Gaza to prevent material that would be used to rebuild Hamas' ability to attack Israel and or provide cover for Hamas killers and kidnappers.

Israel allows in aid and has tried allowing in piping - you know, piping for the sewage that is building up - all 55 million metric meters that flows into the Mediterranean.  Here is the simple fact - Israel would and will, and has allowed in the piping for that sewage system, BUT hamas send out stupid fools to dig it up, to use the piping for rocket launchers.  If you are Israel, what would you do?
a) continue sending piping to repair and replace the stolen piping used for rocket launchers
b) send rocket launchers to make unnecessary the ripping out of the piping, thereby allowing the sewage to be diverted and saving the Mediterranean.
c) ignore the facts and open the gates, fences, sea lanes and let the chips fall where they will.
d) tell Hamas to stop digging up the piping or you will prevent further pipes from being sent in to be used in the same form, and not for the purpose they were sent into Gaza.

I don't know.  I suppose if you are Roseanne Barr or Helen Thomas, you would choose E, stop occupying Palestinian lands and go home and when all the Jews are gone, they will stop digging up the pipes.

It is a choice for Hamas - dig up the pipes, pollute the land, allow people to get sick and die, or stop digging up the pipes for rocket launchers.  Simple enough.  Where is their passion, dedication, and commitment?  With the people or with death?

So Roseanne would say - it most certainly is with the people (this is my opinion of her position, and I am reasonably confident if it was a direct question, and required a direct answer she would come down on this side)

They cannot build sewage systems and prevent 55 million metric meters of sewage flow into the Mediterranean because the Israelis limit the amount of construction materials into Gaza.

Hamas calls on the world to help them, and it did - billions in aid money was promised.  Under any normal situation, such as Haiti, billions in aid and concrete would flow in, and will be used to rebuild Haiti.  The people of Haiti will receive water and food, clothing, supplies - all free of charge, without restriction or hindrance.  This is what hamas should aspire to be, and to do - but instead, they use the aid to bribe the people, to intimidate and threaten, to coerce and control.  They use piping to save the environment and the community from illness and disease to send bombs and missiles into Israel, with the resulting strikes by Israel against Gaza resulting in deaths, used by Hamas as further proof they need to resist which leads to more flotillas and more rockets and more deaths and more weapons and more ...

 According to Imam Fethullah Gulen, a highly influential Turkish religious figure - the Turkish-led aid flotilla that clashed with Israeli forces was defying authority” for failing to seek permission from Israel before attempting to deliver aid and said that assigning blame in the matter is best left to the United Nations. He also said he only recently heard of the IHH and that “it is not easy to say if they are politicized or not.”   Meaning - they were recently created, maybe a week, maybe a month, maybe about the time someone decided to put the flotilla together. 

The Israeli navy warned the convoy by radio not to approach Gaza, told the captains of the boats they were approaching a blockaded area and asked them to either proceed to the Israeli port of Ashdod or turn back. Activists on board responded that they would continue toward their destination. 

Sidebar:  According to the fringe left and the Arab moderates - Israeli forces are a) killers without conscience, b) killers of babies and the innocent who do not feel anything but blood lst when they kill.  c) instinctively murderous and seek to kill any innocent they see, or d) all of the above.    Answer:  D.  So, if you believe it is D why the heck do you arrogantly and defiantly sale through a blockade if you believe the blockaders are killers of babies and would sink your ship with babies and families on it without a second thought.  Why.  Why.  Why do you put the children at risk, why do you put innocent lives at risk if you believe Israel kills children wantonly.  Why.  Answer:  because you care even less about children and the innocent and would like to provoke the killing of your children in order to attain a political win.  You would like Israel to sink your ship with families and children on board, and if you are sunk by the Israeli navy, you will ensure your children die one way or another to use as propaganda while you wail next to their lifeless bodies.

Expel hamas, renounce violence and murder, stop using rockets to fire into Israel and rebuild your city.  Stop with the violence.  Blow up the tunnels used not to bring in necessities, but to smuggle in weapons, terrorists, and food you will sell to the Palestinians, supplies you will sell, clothing you will sell, aid you will sell - and then you will use the money to buy more weapons to bring death upon the Palestinian people.

When you stop the evil in your midst, I would bet the average workers per capita earnings for a year, in Gaza, that Israel will cease and desist with its defensive measures as they would be unneeded. 

What the US should not do is to send fools like Congressman Brian Baird who urged that the US break the blockade in the same way "we did when we circumvented the Berlin Blockade. We would accomplish this using roll-on/off ships supplying the needed material for Palestinians to rebuild their society."

Parents Behaving Badly, Very Badly.

And I do not mean Charlie Sheen and his wife.


I have a collection of images on my wall - reasons why I believe in capital punishment.  I look at these images every day - hard not to, given their location.  Reasons why some people need to have the ultimate sanction imposed on them.  It isn't too difficult to figure out based upon past statements - no secrets as far as what I consider a really bad thing - harm a child and die.  I don't have any, zip, nada, none, no sympathy.  Simply die.

However, there are actions that do not qualify for that ultimate sanction, yet are very disturbing.  Perhaps they qualify for a lesser sanction, one I have as yet not completely figured out.  At first glance it would seem obvious - take the child away.  Too easy.

On the other hand, this story illustrates the need for sterilization -  to prevent these people from every growing up and causing this type of pain on a child.  It is a very bad thing.



Cops: Mom of girl left at Chuck E. Cheese's claims mix-up

The mother of a 2-year-old who was left at a Chicago Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza restaurant contacted police Sunday to say miscommunication led to the girl being abandoned.

The child was with her mother and aunt at the restaurant Saturday night, police said. Both the mom and aunt thought the girl was going to spend the night with the other adult, police said.

On Sunday morning, the aunt saw the toddler's picture on the Internet and telephoned the girl's mother to let her know the child had been forgotten at the restaurant. The mother called police and was questioned by authorities. Police will determine whether any criminal charges will be pressed.

The girl remains in the custody of the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, spokesman Jimmie Whitelow said. The agency, which is investigating the incident, has not had prior contact with the family, Whitelow said.

The 2-year-old was found about 10:30 p.m. Saturday at the Chuck E. Cheese's at 1830 W. Fullerton Ave. Shaikh Ashraf, the general manager of the Fullerton location, said he was "not authorized to talk" about the incident. He referred all questions to the corporate office, which was closed Sunday.

As children and adults enter a Chuck E. Cheese's restaurant, they go through "Kid Check" where their hands are stamped with matching numbers that are only visible under ultraviolet light. Chuck E. Cheese's Web site says "this is our special way we try to assist you in helping that everyone who comes together leaves together. This program is not a substitute for adult supervision."

Parents shouldn't rely on that additional security, said Neil Bajaj, a father visiting the Fullerton restaurant Sunday who said he brings his 2-year-old, Natalia, to Chuck E. Cheese's once a month.

"You can't sit down and let them run around alone," he said. "It's quite taxing on the parents."

Chuck E. Cheese's restaurants can get crowded and chaotic. Children scarf down pizza and run, jump, climb and play arcade games and rides. The company's Web site boasts that parents can plan parties and "all you do is relax, because we do all the work."

Some parents tend to treat the establishment like day care, said Shau Booker, another dad at the Fullerton restaurant. When he brings his daughters -- Milan, 6, and Kira, 4 -- he said he stays by their side the whole time.

It might have been the most revelatory moment of the Obama presidency. In an interview with Time magazine, a chastened President Obama talked of his sputtering Middle East peace initiative.

"This is just really hard," he explained. "This is as intractable a problem as you get."

As an observation, this is as banal as it gets. After all the wars and all the terror attacks against Israel and all the frustrated American diplomatic forays across the last two administrations, no one should be surprised at the intractability of the Israeli-Arab conflict.

But Obama sounded as if it were painful new information that had forced an unwelcome adjustment in his worldview.

This speaks either to an astonishing historical ignorance (did he not know?) or a stupendous self-regard (did he not care because he thought he was so special?), or both.

There is already a debate over what went wrong with the Obama presidency.

Is his team of advisers -- nearly universally considered the best and the brightest until the day before yesterday -- serving him poorly? Has he failed to communicate effectively, even though almost all his speeches have been critically acclaimed? Did he fail to "pivot to jobs" fast enough?

Actually, Obama has a more worrisome problem: a reality gap.

During the campaign, Obama could throw a rhetorical pixie dust over all the difficult choices inherent in governing and the contradictions of his own program, making them fade into a beguiling vision of a sun-lit post-Bush America. This magical realism sustained him until November 2008 -- but couldn't withstand governing.

Consider Obama's most elemental appeal as a candidate: He excited the base of his own party while winning over the center with talk of "post-partisanship." On the stump, he could maintain this balance. In office, he had to choose either partisanship in the form of his powerful Democratic allies on Capitol Hill, or postpartisanship in the form of concessions to Republicans that would anger and disappoint his own side. He chose Nancy Pelosi, and watched independents flee from him.

On fiscal policy, Obama could promise massive new programs at the same time, in one debate, he asserted his approach would mean "a net spending cut." A laughable contradiction, it wasn't fully exposed until Obama had to write a budget. With $1 trillion deficits now stretching off into the horizon, his answer is appointing a commission to study the matter.

Obama is still the same illusionist from the campaign on his signature health-care initiative. The new $1 trillion entitlement will reduce the deficit. It will insure millions more people while bending the cost curve down. The hundreds of billions of dollars in Medicare cuts will be utterly painless. There's no trade-off or sacrifice in sight, and -- not surprisingly -- people don't believe it.

Obama came to office under fundamental misapprehensions that hamper him still. It's not true that all that was keeping the Israelis and Palestinians apart was the lack of US engagement, or that the Iranians were amenable to getting talked out of their nuclear program, or that Guantanamo Bay was a pointless contrivance.

Nor is it true that government is a sustainable source of economic growth, or a more efficient allocator of capital than the market. This is why Obama's stimulus program -- inevitably, a dog's breakfast of politically driven priorities -- is such a shambles that his aides never utter the word "stimulus" anymore. Turkish girl buried alive by father and grandfather for talking to boys

A terrified girl of 16 was buried alive by her father and grandfather - as a punishment for talking to boys.

The body of Medine Memi was found in a sitting position with her hands tied in a 6ft hole beneath a chicken coop.

A postmortem showed she had been conscious when she was covered with dirt.

One forensic investigator said: "What we found is blood-curdling.

"She had no bruises on her body and no sign of narcotics or poison in her blood - she was alive and fully conscious when she was placed into the pit."

The medical examination revealed a large amount of soil in Medine's lungs and stomach - indicating she had suffocated during a slow and agonising death.

The teenager's remains were discovered outside her family's house in the town of Kahta in south-eastern Turkey.

She had been missing for 40 days and the hole had been cemented over.

A coroner was told how desperate Medine repeatedly tried to get help from local police in the weeks leading up to her horrific death. Her father and grandfather are accused of killing her because her friendship with boys "brought dishonour on the family".

KUALA LUMPUR (Reuters) – Arsonists in Malaysia struck at a convent school and a fifth church on Sunday amid rising tensions between majority Muslims and Christians over the use of the word "Allah" to describe the Christian God.

Police in the sleepy city of Taiping, around 300 km (185 miles) from the capital Kuala Lumpur, said a petrol bomb had been thrown at the guard house of a Catholic convent school but had failed to go off.

They also said they had found several broken bottles including paint thinners outside one of the country's oldest Anglican churches, All Saints, Taiping, and said one of the building's walls had been blackened.

The unprecedented attacks risk dividing the nation of 28 million people that has significant religious minorities, and could also complicate Prime Minister Najib Razak's plan to win back support from the non-Muslims before elections due by 2013.

The issue could pose a longer-term risk of political instability for Malaysia, which has been trailing Indonesia and Thailand for foreign investment and where investors have been frightened off by the prospect of an end to the predictable rule of the coalition that has governed for 52 years.

The row, over a court ruling that allowed a Catholic newspaper to use "Allah" in its Malay-language editions, prompted Muslims to protest at mosques on Friday and sparked arson attacks on four churches that saw one Pentecostalist church gutted.

On Saturday, Najib visited the badly damaged Pentecostalist church and offered a grant of half a million ringgit ($148,100) to help it rebuild.

Government promises to provide police to protect churches were thrown into doubt after Malaysia's top police officer said on Sunday he did not have the manpower to do so and urged the churches to step up security themselves.

"We are alarmed with the escalation of violence and urge the authorities to take this seriously," Reverend Hermen Shastri, secretary-general to the Council of Churches Malaysia, told Reuters.

Malaysia is mainly Muslim and Malay but there are substantial ethnic Chinese and Indian minorities who mainly practice Buddhism, Hinduism and Christianity.

It was these minorities handed the government its biggest ever losses in 2008 state and national elections in part due to feelings of religious marginalization and growing disillusionment with corruption.

The Catholic Herald says that it needs to use to word "Allah" to describe the Christian God in order to serve Malay-speaking Christians in Borneo. Christians account for 9.1 percent of the population.

Some Malaysian Muslims say that the paper wants to use to word to confuse and convert Muslims and by midday Sunday 178,392 people has signed up for a Facebook group that opposes Christians using "Allah" (http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=227724322514).

What was Wanda Sykes thinking? Perhaps more to the point, what was President Barack Obama thinking when he laughed and smiled as the comedienne wished Rush Limbaugh dead?

Although the Left is reporting her White House Correspondents' Dinner speech as "taking shots" at Limbaugh and mocking everyone, that's a gross misrepresentation of what turned into a hateful and disgusting diatribe.

I was at the dinner and I began by laughing at Sykes's gentle teases about the press loving Obama so much they never capture him on film smoking but often seem to get him on the beach.

It was amusing when she quipped that Obama trying so hard to be all things to all men that the next thing is he'll be seen mowing the White House lawn.

But the speech took a very ugly turn when she laid into Limbaugh.

This is what she said: "Rush Limbaugh said he hopes this administration fails, so you're saying, 'I hope America fails', you're, like, 'I dont care about people losing their homes, their jobs, our soldiers in Iraq'. He just wants the country to fail. To me, that's treason.

"He's not saying anything differently than what Osama bin Laden is saying. You know, you might want to look into this, sir, because I think Rush Limbaugh was the 20th hijacker. But he was just so strung out on OxyContin he missed his flight."

She then concluded: "Rush Limbaugh, I hope the country fails, I hope his kidneys fail, how about that? He needs a good waterboarding, that's what he needs." Obama seemed to think this bit was pretty hilarious, grinning and chuckling and turning to share the "joke" with the person sitting on his right.

There's not much room for differing interpretations of what Sykes said. She called Limbaugh a terrorist and a traitor, suggested that he be tortured and wished him dead.

What was his crime? Hoping that Obama's policies - which he views as socialist - will fail.

That's way, way beyond reasoned debate or comedy and Obama's reaction to it was astonishing.
Imagine if a comedian "joked" that Obama was a terrorist who was guilty of treason and should be tortured and allowed to die. There would justifiably be an outcry.

But when the "joke" comes from a liberal, Obama-supporting comedienne and the target is a right-winger then the likes of Hilary Rosen and Donna Brazile are on CNN saying it's just comedy and Limbaugh is "fair game".

And Obama laughing when someone wishes Limbaugh dead? Hard to take from the man who promised a new era of civility and elevated debate in Washington.

I had dinner with someone tonight who told me about a class they were taking with a professor who was, as they described him - great, fantastic, brilliant, and wonderful - I was waiting for the person to bring out his crown. He teaches an anti-American class, Marxist in his interpretation of historical events and actions [my analysis based upon what he requires in reading and what I have culled from this person and several others who were his unwitting victims].

Summary of his teaching/argument:

Poor Osama, we declared war on him and he was defending himself because he had no other way to respond, and it was all our fault, and we trained him so we got all that blowback and its all our fault and we deserve to be punished for all the bad things we do/did to them.

As for the person who I had dinner with - well, the dustbin awaits.

I cannot tolerate ignorance that exceeds that of a two year old. No matter who they are, we cannot waste time on people and things that consume energy.

There are moments I wish bin Laden prevailed, just so he could cull the population, and I know that among the first would be all those who spew forth the rubbish as presented above from the person in the class or their instructor.

Someone might say - what makes me so sure I am right, maybe they are, and maybe I am closed minded. I have spent over eight years evaluating every possible answer to that issue. I have looked at it from every side, and then found nuances that required evaluating. I have spent more time dealing with that single question than this person has spent on their entire education, and quite likely more time than the instructor has on any given subject. I started the analysis with my believing the Evil One and his cohorts were Robin Hood against the evil Sheriff. I started where the idiotic instructor now stands. I began with that premise and believed it from 1995 until 2001, longer than the instructor has taught any of his courses on the subject. Six years of believing, and not just believing but being able to argue every defense of the Evil One, and fully supporting him. Until 2001. Blowing up a military base or ship or ... was, for me, acceptable as long as it did not turn on civilian lives being lost.

I have considered that instructors arguments, long before he even knew he was making them, and I reject them.

Those who teach those lies are more dangerous than bin laden, for he has told us he wants to destroy us while they pretend to be one of us. He wants to change us - they claim to want to educate us. Bin Laden is honest in his purpose and goals, the purveyors of the lies are not.

In that way, I suppose, I still prefer bin laden - I know what he is, and what he wants. Instructors who teach Marxist theory, and take pieces of truth and wrap it in crap and sell it to students as the gospel of anti-Western thought ... they are a more serious threat.

Russian general says U.S. may have planned satellite collision

MOSCOW, March 3 (RIA Novosti) - A collision between U.S. and Russian satellites in early February may have been a test of new U.S. technology to intercept and destroy satellites rather than an accident, a Russian military expert has said.

According to official reports, one of 66 satellites owned by Iridium, a U.S. telecoms company, and the Russian Cosmos-2251 satellite, launched in 1993 and believed to be defunct, collided on February 10 about 800 kilometers (500 miles) above Siberia.

However, Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Leonid Shershnev, a former head of Russia's military space intelligence, said in an interview published by the Moskovsky Komsomolets newspaper on Tuesday that the U.S. satellite involved in the collision was used by the U.S. military as part of the "dual-purpose" Orbital Express research project, which began in 2007.

Orbital Express was a space mission managed by the United States Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and a team led by engineers at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC).

According to the DARPA, the program was "to validate the technical feasibility of robotic, autonomous on-orbit refueling and reconfiguration of satellites to support a broad range of future U.S. national security and commercial space programs."

Orbital Express was launched in March 2007 as part of the U.S. Air Force Space Test Program's STP-1 mission. It tested a prototype servicing satellite (ASTRO) and a surrogate next generation serviceable satellite (NextSat). The demonstration program met all the mission success criteria and was officially completed in July 2007.

Shershnev claims the U.S. military decided to continue with the project to "develop technology that would allow monitoring and inspections of orbital spacecraft by fully-automated satellites equipped with robotic devices."

The February collision could be an indication that the U.S. has successfully developed such technology and is capable of manipulating 'hostile satellites,' including their destruction, with a single command from a ground control center, the general said.

“His intelligence is so great and his spirit is so great, I believe he will be able to do as much if not more than anyone could possibly do,” Cher told CNSNews.com at the “Declare Yourself” inaugural ball.

“I just think he’s totally the right person at this time in our history," she said. "He brings something more in his spirit than maybe another president could be even with the same intelligence. There’s something about him that brings more with his spirit, and that’s what Americans need right now. Republicans almost killed me.”

When asked to explain how Republicans somehow “killed” her, Cher was not specific.

“You know what? I have so – I try to be charitable and there are some really good Republicans, but I just don’t understand how anyone would want to be a Republican. I just can’t figure it. I don’t understand,” she said. “If you’re poor, if you’re any kind of minority – gay, black, Latino, anything. If you’re not a rich – I don’t know. If you’re not a rich born-again-Christian, I don’t get it.”

Cher also said President Obama will not end the war in Iraq right away.“I think as soon as he can. I don’t think it will be easy. It would be kind of simplistic to think that’s going to happen right away,” she said.

In Egypt's Rafah, tunnel denial is the way of life

All was quiet on the streets of this sleepy Sinai town on Saturday, just one week after Israel's three-week offensive against Hamas ended on the other side of the border.

Beduin in Egyptian galabiyas (caftans) and head coverings milled around the half-paved streets in small groups. Most shops were closed for the weekend and few customers were in sight.

Scores, if not hundreds, of armed soldiers and policemen were stationed at checkpoints all around the city, closely eyeing and checking cars that drove by.

But it is around here, practically underneath the feet of this rural border town, that the lucrative, underground world of smuggling into the Gaza Strip has flourished for the past several years.

It is hardly a secret that hundreds of tunnels were used to transport everything - livestock, fuel, home appliances, viagra, weapons and explosives - into the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip, which has faced a tight Israeli blockade for 18 months.

On Sunday, Defense Minister Ehud Barak told the cabinet there was a build-up of arms in Sinai destined for Hamas, and that Egypt was working to prevent their transfer.

One of the goals of Operation Cast Lead was to halt the smuggling through these tunnels.

Also on Sunday, a US official confirmed that a member of its defense attache's office in Cairo visited Egypt's border with Gaza on a routine and previously scheduled trip.

In Egyptian Rafah, one gets the sense that denial is more than just a river.

"The executive [security] forces are in complete control," insists Rafah Mayor Gen. Sameh Issa Abdul Wahab, who entered his post less than two months ago. "Any [tunnel] that is discovered, the authorities destroy it immediately."

Regarding the sensitive issue of weapons' smuggling, he said, "We have great control in completely preventing it... because if weapons were being smuggled, they would be discovered... All the smuggled items are medicine and food."

Abdul Wahab even denied that Egyptian border guards had ever been bribed.

"It's not possible that there would be a bribe," he said. "There is nothing like that; maybe between the smugglers themselves, but an official? No."

Yet Rafah's top city official also acknowledges the difficulty in locating the tunnels.
"You walked on the street. Did you see tunnels?" he asked a foreign visitor rhetorically.

When told that some were reportedly connected to people's homes, he responded: "It's not possible to enter your home, and open your door and damage it... What can we do?... Will we go to every house and try to enter it?"

Egypt claims that most of the weapons smuggled into Gaza come by sea, something that Israel disputes.

A front page article on Friday in Al-Ahram cited an Egyptian official who said there was evidence that most of the smuggling of weapons into Gaza was done through Israel by Israeli citizens. He did not detail the evidence, however.

It is impossible to begin with the Egyptians.

If you cannot see the tunnels, there are not any. We need all the soldiers and police because the Bedouin are committing crimes.

If there are tunnels they are used to transport only food and medicine (which includes the sheep) BUT NOT weapons. Why not weapons? because Hamas wouldn't do that - they would only send in food and medicine. The weapons arrive in Gaza by sea, which is much harder and trickier but the medicine has to go via the tunnels that do not exist, because if weapons were sent in the tunnels then that means the weapons have to get to our city from somewhere and all the soldiers on the streets would see them. if they saw them, they would of course stop the vehicles carrying the crates of weapons and arrest the bad people, and because we have not arrested any bad people - they are not transporting weapons. Because if they were, that means the soldiers and police are abetting the illegal arms trafficking into Israel via tunnels that do not exist and the entire judicial and military system along the border would be in jeopardy - and that is just not the case.

Brilliant people. They deserve the logic award. And we should keep our $3 billion in aid, and use it for people who are worth our time.

2) Occupation - Mz. Barr - how can Obama, Spitzer, William Jefferson, Foley, Byrd, Ted Kennedy, Kerry, Gore ... how can you call those guys boring? Blagojevich? Come on. 4) Critique: There is no need to critique someone who is of no use, purpose, import - that the sum total of everything they have done and will leave to this world is - the 'Roseanne' show.
