Repugnant Reatrdicans

There are some.

I recall that for nearly eight years Democrats had to investigate members of the Bush administration and Republicans in Congress for ethics violations.  It was very serious we were told.

Charles Rangel, DEM NY - clear violations. In fact, his actions would, if he was not a Congressman, end him in jail. Property issues, tax issues, hiding funds, payments from unclear sources, payments from lobbyists (although I recall Obama told us there would be no lobbyists in Washington if he was elected).

Barney Frank - this man has so much to hide, me thinks he protests too much: Fannie and Freddie, lobbyist payments, getting his close and personal friend appointed to a very high position within the property loan companies and then passing along warnings to his friend when questions arose.

Nancy Pelosi - what is up with all her planes. Someone needs to investigate what purpose she needs her own jets and why the air force must shuttle her back and forth when the average American is suffering financially. Why couldn't she simply take first class. And what is the deal with the thousands of dollars in flowers!

Biden - this man is a walking treasure trove. Everywhere he goes he speaks and when he opens his mouth he makes up things - everything he has ever said is most likely untrue, or at least 90% is not accurate. A bad thing for a VP. It is one thing to hate the VP because he tells you where to shove it, it is another when the VP is a pathological liar.

Max Baucus - what could possibly be wrong with the Senator pushing his girlfriend in to be Attorney General in his home state. Absolutely nothing, if you are a Democrat.

Roland Burris - the guy appointed by one of the most corrupt governors in Illinois history. His story was all daises and daffodils when he was selected and then we begin to hear about his involvement in his appointment. Lies. Even Dick Durbin questioned Burris' truthfulness. Liar.

Tim Mahoney - congressman from Florida. He was elected after the disgraceful behavior in 2005/2006 of the Republican Mark Foley. Once elected Mahoney's closet opened up and out came tumbling a couple mistresses and payments to one to keep her quiet and a job - from his campaign funds. Crimes and misdemeanors. Liars. I hope the Florida district felt great having him and not Foley.

John Murtha - accosted Republicans who questioned his motives on budget issues when the Republican pointed out all the pet projects Murtha was receiving. Murtha attacked the guy. The Republican asked for an investigation and the Democrats refused.

Yet, Democrats refuse to investigate and Republicans tire of the whining.  The difference, if it was the other way around, Pelosi and Reid would be holding press conferences at least twice a day every day, every week, every month to humiliate the Republicans.  The difference - Republicans are just too .... retarded.  That is why they lose.  When you fight fire, you do not throw sticks at it, you do not throw stones at it, you do not call it names - you pour water on it and then soak it with wet mud followed by buckets of dirt and more water.

The Democrats know what needs to be done.
