Obama: Keeps Breaking His Promises ...

OMG. For years you went on and on, several liberal loonies probably had heart attacks, many saw their blood pressure skyrocket over Cheney and energy people meeting at the White House. You screamed, howled, hissed and spit like banshees over Cheney refusing to release the lists of names of people who argued their cases to the Bush administration.

For an entire year we heard Obama attack Bush on this issue of influence pedaling, and how HE would not be obliged to interest groups, HE would work for the American people and NO interest groups would have access .......

And you the moronic people believed HIM and voted for HIM ...

Obama blocks list of visitors to White House
Taking Bush's position, administration denies msnbc.com request for logs

The Obama administration is fighting to block access to names of visitors to the White House, taking up the Bush administration argument that a president doesn't have to reveal who comes calling to influence policy decisions.

Despite President Barack Obama's pledge to introduce a new era of transparency to Washington, and despite two rulings by a federal judge that the records are public, the Secret Service has denied msnbc.com's request for the names of all White House visitors from Jan. 20 to the present. It also denied a narrower request by the nonpartisan watchdog group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, which sought logs of visits by executives of coal companies.

It is not even a matter of - well, Bush didn't release them, so ... Rather, OBAMA ran on change - not on experience. he is less experienced than my mailman for the position he holds. he ran and WON based on CHANGE - he would not allow interest groups in, he would not do things in secret, he would not ... AND WHAT DO WE FIND ... he is doing all those things ... CHANGE?

No, the same as before. In which case the question of why was he elected if not for change?

It surely isn't because we all want to be socialists.

I am sure the liberals go to bed at night feeling secure, in the knowledge that regardless of what is best for the future of the United States and the world, one of their own - as mindless and petty as they are - is at the helm.

Liberals screamed about the Patriot Act which was not used very often. Liberals screamed about the federal government checking on your books - which was to my knowledge never used. Yet liberals sit quietly as the government takes control of 35% of Citibank, 70% of GM, wants to dictate to the private sector what pay scales should be, and now Obama wants to supervise global financial firms.

On top of all that - the NSA is still intercepting, reading, and listening to our emails and phone calls ... and it is Obama at the helm, NOT Bush. yet we hear nothing from the liberals about these egregious violations of our privacy and freedoms.
