It can't be Venezuela can it Senator

I am sorry to constantly raise the issue of who it is the US has offended, but I think that if we just march through the list, we will eventually find one. Who have we offended so much that you would begin rebuilding relations with Senator?

Is it Venezuela?

You are aware that Chavez just pushed through major changes in his government's intelligence services that would require people to spy on each other. The new law requires people in the country to comply with requests to assist the agencies, secret police or community activist groups loyal to Chávez. Refusal can result in prison terms of two to four years for most people and four to six years for government employees.

He has funded and aided terrorists (FARC) and has created a police state. You surely do not wish to apologize to him for anything do you???

I sure hope not, but given your lack of judgment, who knows.
