President Barack Obama said he would be okay with illegal immigrants being treated in emergency rooms in some situations under his health care plan.
The thing about this is, no one would be an illegal. The requirement under his immigration policy is - be here for 24 hours and you are a legal resident.
Ergo, no one would be illegal and this would all be sorted.
