Isn't the word SECRET an indcation that something should be kept SECRET and not revealed to everyone ... especially those who want to kill you?

(and before you respond by saying: Don't you think the taliban/al qaida know where they have control? Yes, they have an idea, but identifying it as officially recognized that certain areas are lost - which is basically what these areas are indicating, only reinforces the taliban, especially if, as is claimed by some on the left - that this is an insurgency, not a planned or organized action. If it isn't planned or organized, now they will be.)
