Their Kindness is Overwhelming

Background:

The female was 16, she had a 'relationship' with someone on the phone. They were both 16. She had never seen him before and only knew his voice. He started to threaten her and she became afraid of him. He threatened to tell her family about the relationship. Because of the threats and fear, she agreed to give him a photo. A few months later, she asked him for the photo back but he refused. She was engaged to be married and wanted the photo back. When she asked the man from the phone, for the picture back, he told her he would give it to her if she agreed to go out with him in his car. She told him that they could meet at a market place in public. She met him, he returned the photo and then began driving her home.

They were about 15 minutes from her home and she told him to speed up. Just as they turned a corner several males walked onto the street and a car stopped and blocked their path. Two people got out of their car and stood on either side of the car with the woman in it. They had weapons. They tried to open the door. She told the male in the car not to open the door, but (like all stupid men) he did. He let them come in.

The men pushed her and the male into the back seat, and they drove for a long time, while the woman and the male were forced to keep their heads down. When they arrived she noticed a lot of palm trees. They took her out to a dark area and forced her to take off her clothing. The first man with the knife raped her. Another man came in and did the same. For more than two hours she asked them to leave her alone. The third man was violent and the fourth almost strangled her. The fifth and sixth were even more brutal. By the time the seventh man finished she said she couldn't feel herself. He was so fat she couldn't breath. Then they all did it again.


The court sentenced her and the male in the car with her to 90 lashes for what it termed “illegal mingling.”

The story went international shortly thereafter.

The response: her attorney lost his license to practice law, and the woman was sentenced to 200 lashes.

In response to international outcry over the case, the Ministry of Justice published two statements on its website on November 20 and 24, 2007, alleging that the rape victim confessed to engaging in illicit acts and was undressed in a car prior to the rape. The second statement said that “the main reason the crime took place was because the woman and her companion, who exposed her to this heinous crime, did not follow the law [of prohibited privacy].”

You could imagine scatalogically disposed individuals would conjure up a statement. The 'judges' are little more than fatuous cretins.

200 LASHES was the sentence.

Much more than 40-50 and one serious health issues and she had been given, as part of her sentence, 200 lashes .... UNTIL she was pardoned by the King of Arabia ... or whatever title and label he prefers. Of course, the barbarians do it compassionately - just like they raped the male with the woman - compassionately.


Saudi king 'pardons rape victim'

The Saudi king has pardoned a female rape victim sentenced to jail and 200 lashes for being alone with a man raped in the same attack, reports say.

The "Qatif girl" case caused an international outcry with widespread criticism of the Saudi justice system.

The male and female victims were in a car together when they were abducted and raped by seven attackers, who were given jail sentences up to nine years.

Press reports say King Abdullah's move did not mean the sentence was wrong.

Quoted by the Jazirah newspaper, Justice Minister Abdullah al-Sheikh said the king had the right to issue pardons if it served the public interest.

Women in Saudi Arabia are not allowed to mix with men who are not close family members.

The custodial sentence plus 200 lashes was imposed after the woman, who has not been named, appealed against an earlier sentence of 90 lashes.

'Astonishing' case
The Saudi king frequently pardons criminals at the Eid al-Adha festival which takes place this week, but correspondents say that is usually announced by the official press agency.

The BBC's Heba Saleh says the king's decision to pardon the woman victim is already arousing controversy with some contributors to conservative websites, who say he has breached the rules of religion in order to appease critics in the West.

The US had called the punishment "astonishing", although it refused to condemn the Saudi justice system.

Human rights groups had been calling on King Abdullah, who has a reputation as a pro-Western reformer, to change it.

The justice ministry recently rejected what it saw as "foreign interference" in the case and insisted the ruling was legal and that the woman had confessed to having an affair with her fellow rape victim.

Earlier, the woman - who is a Shia Muslim from the Qatif area - had reportedly said she met the man in order to retrieve a photograph of them together, having herself recently got married.
She says two other men then entered the car and took them to a secluded area where others were waiting, and both she and her male companion were raped.

The woman's companion was sentenced to 90 lashes. It is not known if his sentence was also lifted.

Now, the religious extremists will blame the King for capitulating to the West in pardoning the women. One more reason to hate the King, they will say. It is beyond words what these cretins do to one another. Beyond words.

But we can try: cretinous, mysoginistic, barbaric, fatuous, thersitical pigs and just to be clear about how I feel:

They are swine, vulgar little maggots, worthless bags of filth. They could not pour piss out of a boot with instructions on the heel. They are a canker. A sore that just will not go away.

Those men of high standing and morals are a putrescent mass, walking vomit. They are spineless little worms deserving nothing but the most profound contempt. Their lives are monuments to stupidity. They are a stench, a revulsion, a big suck on a sour lemon.

They are bleating foals, curdled staggering mutant dwarfs smeared richly with the effluvia and offal accompanying their alleged births into this world. Insensate, blinking calves, meaningful to nobody, abandoned by the puke-drooling, giggling beasts that sired them and then killed themselves in recognition of what they had done.

Unfortunately, they are of the same species and same gender, for which I will never get over the embarrassment and shame.
