Jimmy 'Peanut' Carter used to argue for a reducation of speed limits to save fuel. Today we have some peanuts who argue we should reduce speeds to reduce emissions that contribute to global warming.
Well, once again they are wrong.
Reducing speed INCREASES emissions.
Not by much but a 1/10 is still a 1/10 more than when speeds are not reduced.
