(Understand that NO OPINION = Most don't like - but the soldiers are professional and do not offer their opinions, they simply do, and do not question nor hold opinions they believe need to be made public)
I would add 8% to the DISAGREE with Obama having best interests.
If you consider the NO OPINION on each, 12% for Bush and 21% for Obama. The difference would more likely than not be the percent that does not believe Obama a positive force, BUT do as they are told and do not question or offer their opinions on matters they believe outside their range to offer.
