Yesterday, tens of thousands of Muslims marched and prayed on the National Mall in and around our Capital.
I recall times past when religious groups marched and protested the immorality of America and of the Left and so often newscasts dripping with sarcasm would highlight ever radical statement made. The Right was trying to take over, the Christian closed-minded Right Wing Zealots ...
But when tens of thousands of Muslims march and pray in the National mall, Google has nothing on it, and several other online news compendiums I review also had nothing.
I don't know whether that is a good thing or not - except the Left were not dripping with sarcasm over the Muslim prayers, and statements - which are certainly milder than anything any Christian could make, especially given the fact this country is and was based upon Christian ideals.
Things are certainly changing, and perhaps this is the nadir of Western civilization and the events of Friday are the start of a downward trend and the growth of Islam.
Won't that be worth welcoming.
There will be no Liberals, no Leftists, and nothing celebrated by the Left.
Ironic.
